All garments are cut, sewn, finished and packaged to order, I currently run the studio as a one woman business, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks before dispatching. If your item is in stock, then it will be posted sooner.

UK shipping 

• Royal Mail Tracked For 2nd Class (2-3 working days) £4
• Royal Mail Tracked For 1st Class (next day) £5
• Royal Mail Large Letter £3 (bamboo scarves only)

Europe shipping: 

• Royal Mail International Tracked (5-8 working days): calculated at checkout (€11- €20)

Canada & US, Australia, New Zealand shipping: 

• Royal Mail International Tracked (7-11 working days): calculated at checkout ($23-$51)

Please be aware that all of Europe, Canada, US, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to local taxes or custom fees that are required to be paid by the customer. Xi Atelier is not responsible for any additional custom charges. Also, ensure you supply your correct address when ordering from us. Xi Atelier cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
