Shipping
All garments are cut, sewn, finished and packaged to order, I currently run the studio as a one woman business, so please allow up to 3-4 weeks before dispatching. If your item is in stock, then it will be posted sooner.
UK shipping
- Royal Mail Tracked For 2nd Class (2-3 working days) £4
- Royal Mail Tracked For 1st Class (next day) £5
- Royal Mail Large Letter £3 (bamboo scarves only)
Europe shipping:
- Royal Mail International Tracked (5-8 working days): calculated at checkout (€11- €20)
Canada & US, Australia, New Zealand shipping:
- Royal Mail International Tracked (7-11 working days): calculated at checkout ($23-$51)
Please be aware that all of Europe, Canada, US, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to local taxes or custom fees that are required to be paid by the customer. Xi Atelier is not responsible for any additional custom charges. Also, ensure you supply your correct address when ordering from us. Xi Atelier cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Returns
We offer either an exchange or a refund on items, provided that they are returned within 10 days after delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed and complete with original packaging.
You can exchange for a different size or make a separate order for the new item. We use a made to order service so please allow up to 4 weeks to receive any new orders.
Customers are responsible for the postage on returned or exchanged items. We recommend that you use an insured courier service which uses a signature or tracked delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any products which are lost of damaged during transit.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and your refund will be processed and transferred within the 14 days to the original payment method.
Please note that postage charges on returns are not refundable and no refunds will be accepted on discounted items.
